Software Engineering Intern (AMTS)

  • Built end-to-end monitoring and observability for a production extraction service ahead of its GA, designing Grafana dashboards over latency, throughput and error-rate metrics.
  • Instrumented services to emit custom metrics into a distributed time-series store, and authored the queries the team uses for incident triage and root-cause debugging.
  • Shipped through the full review cycle: unit tests, code review, and validation against production traffic before rollout.

Software Development Intern

  • Owned backend services and REST APIs in Python on PostgreSQL: data models, schema design, and features taken from technical design through to completion.
  • Rebuilt authentication with proper access/refresh token rotation, and shipped the notifications and journey subsystems.
  • Cut query latency by reworking indexes and the slowest SQL paths, applying secure-coding practices around user data.

  • Independently built two full-stack ERP applications serving 3,000+ hospitals and 100+ distributors.
  • Shipped 45+ merged pull requests across the customer and employee apps: auth, product catalogue, service requests, OTP flows, and a full UI revamp.
  • Triaged and fixed live production defects against real customer data.
